Abstract

In the era of globalization, a goal cannot be attained without involving others because everyone has many limitations. This limitation usually encourages someone or an institution to cooperate with others to reach their goals. This paper describes how STAIN Purwokerto and Bogor Agriculture University (IPB) cooperate with Islamic boarding school in overcoming the variety of competence and constructing students’ character. Although they are different in the application, both of them have positive effects in improving students’ competence and also the institution’s reputation.
