Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of citation articles in the Thaqafiyyat Journal. This study aims to describe the type of reference source, the suitability of the reference source, and the suitability of the citation technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection methods used are literature study, member check or checklist, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the type of reference sources used by the author in accordance with the recapitulation of 466 references, the internet numbered 125 references, 90 abstracts, 15 government publications, 10 dictionaries, the earth science sources 5 references, and encyclopedias amount to 4 references, (2) the suitability of the reference source with the rules of writing scientific papers is presented with the results of 28 articles, 6 articles meet 7 components of writing scientific papers with 1 component not included, namely the thank you component. Whereas the other 22 articles fulfill 6 components with 2 components not included namely the research method component and thanks. The results of the entire article calculation then calculate the mean of all articles with a total result of 78%, (3) the suitability of the citation technique based on the recapitulation results, namely the total number of citations totaling 711 quotations with the translation of 286 quotations or 40% of the quotations are in accordance with the citation style used editorial Thaqafiyat Journal and 424 citations or 60% of all citations did not fit the citation style used by Thaqafiyyat Journal editorial. ( INDONESIA ) Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis sitasi artikel pada Jurnal Thaqafiyyat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis sumber rujukan, kesesuaian sumber rujukan, dan kesesuaian teknik sitasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka, membercheck atau ceklis, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) jenis sumber rujukan yang digunakan oleh penulis sesuai dengan rekapitulasi yaitu buku panduan berjumlah 466 referensi, internet berjumlah 125 referensi, abstrak berjumlah 90 referensi, penerbitan pemerintah berjumlah 15 referensi, kamus berjumlah 10 referensi, sumber ilmu bumi berjumlah 5 referensi, dan ensiklopedia berjumlah 4 referensi, (2) kesesuaian sumber rujukan dengan kaidah penulisan karya ilmiah dipaparkan dengan hasil dari 28 artikel, 6 artikel memenuhi 7 komponen penulisan karya ilmiah dengan 1 komponen tidak dicantumkan yaitu komponen ucapan terimakasih. Sedangkan 22 artikel lainnya memenuhi 6 komponen dengan 2 komponen yang tidak dicantumkan yaitu komponen metode penelitian dan ucapan terimakasih. Hasil seluruh perhitungan artikel tersebut kemudian menghitung mean seluruh artikel dengan hasil total 78%, (3) kesesuaian teknik sitasi berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi yaitu jumlah seluruh kutipan sebanyak 711 kutipan dengan penjabaran 286 kutipan atau 40% dari kutipan tersebut sudah sesuai dengan gaya sitasi yang digunakan editorial Jurnal Thaqafiyat dan 424 kutipan atau 60% dari seluruh kutipan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan gaya sitasi yang digunakan editorial Jurnal Thaqafiyyat.
