Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Operational Costs Per Operating Income, Non Performing Financing on the Performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This study uses panel data as a data collection technique for the 2012-2018 period. The object of this study is a Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia that meets the research criteria. Data collection methods used are secondary data that has been published through each bank's website. The testing process uses descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Capital Adequacy Ratio, Financing to Deposit Ratio, Operational Costs Per Operating Income, Non Performing Financing have a significant effect on ROA. Partially found an insignificant relationship between the influence of the variable Financing to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Financing on ROA. Capital Adequacy Ratio variable has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Operational Cost Variable Per Operating Income has a negative and significant effect on ROA.
