Abstract

This study aims to analyze customers at the BNI Syariah Bank Yogyakarta branch of interest in using Islamic credit cards. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers of BNI Syariah Bank Yogyakarta Branch totaling 50 samples. The approach used is a quantitative approach by processing data obtained from the questionnaire after first being transformed into numerical data (numbers) using a Likert scale. The data is processed with the help of SPSS 23. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. The Adjusted R Square (R2) value shows a figure of 0.575, which means that 57% of customers' interest to use a sharia credit card at BNI Syariah KC Yogyakarta Bank can be explained by factors (promotion, lifestyle, culture and social) while the remaining 43% is explained by factors others that are not explained in this study. The results of the promotional variable coefficient positive but not significant effect on the interests of customers using Islamic credit cards because it has a greater significance value of 0.731> 0.05. Lifestyle variables have a significant positive effect on customer interest in using sharia credit cards because they have a smaller significance value of 0,000 <0.05. Cultural variables have a significant positive effect on customer interest in using sharia credit cards because they have a smaller significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Social variables have a positive but not significant effect on the interests of customers using Islamic credit cards because they have a greater significance value of 0.595> 0.05. Thus it can be concluded in this study that lifestyle and cultural variables have a significant influence on customers' interest in using sharia credit cards at BNI Syariah Yogyakarta Branch.
