Abstract

Enforcement of corruption is a limited effort that can only be done by law enforcers. While eradicating corruption through prevention is an effort that can be carried out by the entire community. Unfortunately many people do not understand their participation in eradicating corruption. The social movement “Saya, Perempuan Anti Korupsi” (SPAK) was formed to encourage community participation in the prevention of corruption in Indonesia. The purpose of the study is to find out about how communication planning is carried out by the SPAK social movement in spreading prevention of corruption in Indonesia. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods of data collection in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis method uses John Middleton’s model communication planning concept. As well as using data source triangulation techniques as a method of data validity. The results of the study show that proper communication planning can provide success for the SPAK social movement in preventing corruption in Indonesia. The existence of basic data, clear communication goals, good strategies with the selection of audiences, media, messages, and communicators, will provide convenience in the existing implementation.
