Abstract

Exports are an important part of international trade. Indonesia as a developing country makes international trade as one of the important activities in the economy. The impact of the trade war between the United States and China will certainly affect other countries including Indonesia as its trading partners. The title of this research is Determinants of Indonesian Exports to the United States and China in 2000-2018. This research is a quantitative research. By using the Pooled Least Square method. Where the dependent variable is Indonesian exports to the United States and China, and the independent variables are the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the United States and China, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) of the United States and China, the US Dollar Exchange Rate and the Chinese Yuan against the Rupiah and American Inflation States and China. The results of this study indicate that the GDP variable has a significant positive effect on Indonesian exports, the FDI variable has no significant positive effect, the exchange rate variable has a significant negative effect and the inflation variable has no effect on Indonesian exports to the United States and China.
