Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of products, promotions and services on the customer interest of Rahn products in the Syariah pawnshop Sariharjo Unit. This research is done by using the primary data collected from the over Kuesiner to the Syariah pawnshop customers of Sariharjo Unit as a research object. The samples in this study were 200 customers who came directly to Sariharjo Syariah pawnshop Unit Office. The method used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the ANOVA test showed F count of 82,894 with a probability of 0.000 < 0.05 then, simultaneously product variables, promotions and services affect the customer interest of Rahn products in the sharia pawnshop. And results are partially pointed out that the product variables have a significant positive effect on the customer's interest, the promotion variable has a significant positive effect on the customer's interest and the service variable has significantly positive effect on the customer interest of Rahn's product in the Syariah pawnshop
