Abstract

Productivity is a concept related to the final problem to see how big the results are. Productivity is also a concept with the aim of getting maximum results with minimal production materials. Productivity cannot be released effectively and efficiently. In productivity to achieve effectiveness and efficiency requires human resources who have adequate quality. And also for the realization of work productivity is influenced by several factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of abilities, skills, behaviors, attitudes, knowledge on the work productivity of employees of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was 32 respondents. The sampling method used is to use saturated sampling. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model using SPSS version 23 output program. The results showed that knowledge affects employee productivity. While abilities, skills, behaviors, attitudes do not affect employee work productivity. The t value is smaller than t table (1,317 < 2,055) and the significance value > of the level of confidence (ɑ) is 0.199 > 0.05. This means that H₁ in this study was rejected. While the value of t count is smaller than t table (0.876 < 2.055) and the significance value > of the level of confidence (ɑ) is 0.389 > 0.05. This means that H₂ in this study was rejected. T value is smaller than t table (-0.466) < 2.055) and the significance value > of the level of confidence (ɑ) is 0.645 > 0.05. This means that H₃ in this study was rejected. T count value is smaller than t table value (0.945 < 2.055) while the significance value > of the level of confidence (ɑ) is 0.353 > 0.05. This means that H₄ in this study was rejected. While the value of t count is greater than the value of t table (2.070 > 2.055) and the significance value < of the level of confidence (ɑ) is 0.049 < 0.05. This means that H₅ in this study was accepted.
