Abstract

The main key to a company's success is having quality human resources. This study aims to analyze the effect of time demands of work and work stress on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. A total of 31 data were collected from the questionnaire that had been distributed. Data were processed using SPSS 25 with multiple regression analysis and path analysis methods. The results showed that time demands of work had no effect on turnover intention, work stress had an effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment had an effect on turnover intention.
