Abstract

This research is focused on the actualization of four centers education in Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor for Girls 2nd Campus which is more on the role and function of the four centers itself. Discussing the process of actualizing the roles and functions of four centers in education, education and teaching in the form of activities that underlie mosques incorporated in four centers of education, as well as the factors that support and inhibit the actualization. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were the Headmaster of Islamic Boarding School, the Director of KMI, Ustadzah of advisory council, Usth Staff of KMI, Student’s parent, and the people arround. The results of this study indicate that (1) the actualization process of the role and function of the chess center of education in Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor for Girls 2nd Campus runs comprehensively, which affect each other. Until describing a picture with all four created an actualization. Among them, the family: the creation of guidance and motivation, the community: the creation of leadership and social life, the school: the creation of teaching and learning, and the mosque: the exemplary and spiritual creation (2) education and teaching underlie the mosque as a four centers for education in the hut, all activities that nature contains education and teaching all done in the mosque. Aside from being a place of worship, many activities carried out as a basis that makes the mosque the center of education and teaching include: seminars, ta'hil or training, competitions, and briefings. Everything is interpreted by the students, everything that is seen, heard, felt, and done everything is education. (3) there are several supporting and inhibiting factors. Among the factors supporting the actualization of four centers education include: good input, responsible management, embedded personality discipline, and the environment of the cottage. While the inhibiting factors: building structure, limited communication, uncontrolled time management, breach of discipline, and lack of training for educators.
