Abstract

In shaping the child's social interaction ability, education, attention and guidance from both parents are needed. Perenaman parenting parents to children will have an impact on children when dealing with social interactions in the school environment and in the play environment. Based on this there are two formulations of the problem in this study. Firstly, the parenting patterns of MI Al- Khoiriyah students in shaping children's social interaction abilities. Secondly the ability to interact socially MI Al-Khoiriyah students as a result of parenting. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method uses observation notes, documentation results in the form of pictures, interviews with parents, teachers, and students as well as triangulation. Data analysis is performed by data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that (1) Some components of parenting students in shaping the child's social interaction ability include parenting parents with authoritarian application, democracy, and spending. Bahwasannya of the three parenting parents, dominated by authoritarian parenting.(2) The ability of students' social interaction as a result of authoritarian parenting has an impact on the implementation of study group discussions in the xi classroom, and there are fights / fights in the school environment. Then as a result of parenting democratically, the atmosphere of social interaction of children occurs in the learning process activities in the classroom, the competition between children and their friends in terms of academic activities, and the appearance of scout activities groups.Furthermore, as a result of parenting parenting applies to the social environment of children to be able to maintain mutual tolerance in the school environment, and the attitude of rejection between students with friends and teachers when the learning process in the classroom.
