Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of distress, eustress, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study were distress, eustress, dan work environment. The population used was 31 employees. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling, so that all populations are used as samples. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study stated that distress had no effect on employee performance, while eustress and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
