Abstract
Foodgram is becoming popular among Instagram users because it bridges culinary connoisseurs with its aesthetic postings where the post shows photos of food and its assessment about the atmosphere of place. This research explains the fulfillment of the consumptive lifestyle through the Foodgram Instagram account to Yogyakarta Hijabers Community by using a qualitative descriptive method and using the theoretical basis of Determinism Technology and needs theory which is described as integrative cognitive, affective, personal needs, integrative social needs, and release needs. The final result of this research is that the Instagram as a social media has experienced a shift in value, which originally functioned as the Exebithion media, now has shifted into a media that accommodates the needs of Instagram account users in fulfilling his life needs. The needs that are accommodated at this time have expanded, starting from Primary needs, Secondary needs and even accommodating Tertiary needs.
