Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children aged 0-18 in the children's services section of the National Library of Indonesia. This research uses a combination method (mixed methods) with a concurrent embedded model with 70% components using qualitative methods and 30% using quantitative methods. The results of this study were obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data validity test will use two kinds, namely qualitative methods (using Miles and Huberman theory) and quantitative (using non-tests because it uses standard measuring assessments from the IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children aged 0-18). Then for data analysis using two kinds, namely the qualitative method (using the credibility test, transferability test, confirmability test, and dependability test) and quantitative (using the mean). The results of this research are that of the 4 parts of the IFLA standard consisting of 42 components, 67% are in accordance with the IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children aged 0-18, 24% which are sufficiently in accordance with the IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children aged 0-18 0-18, and 9% not yet compliant with IFLA Guidelines for Library Services to Children aged 0-18.
