Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job rotation , compensation, work environment, on employee performance with job satifaction as intervening varibable at BPRS Suriyah Cilacap. The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Suriyah Cilacap. Sampling in this study uses a saturated sampling technique which amounted to 34. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. In this study using 34 questionnaires that can be processed. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job rotation, compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a positive effect on employee performance. Partially, job rotation variables have no effect on employee performance with a tcount of -0,037 and a significant value of 0.761 . Variable compensation does not affect employee performance with tcount of 0.103 and a significant value of 0,919 . work environment variable has an effect on employee performances with tcount of 2,693 and a significant value of 0,012 . Job satisfaction variables affect employee performance with a tcount of 2.098 and a significant value of 0.045 Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job rotation on employee performance with direct effect value of 0,761, inderect effect -0,055. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance with direct effect value of 0,919, inderect effect 0,335. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of work environment on employee performance with direct effect value of 0,012, inderect effect 0,095.
