Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze innovative service based on social inclusion at Library and Archives Yogyakarta City in support of IFLA's 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda, namely the innovative services MELISA, MONIKA, PUSPITA, BILI and MOLLI. This type of research is qualitative - descriptive. The technique of determining the informants in this study used purposive sampling and 6 librarians who met the criteria as informants requirements as informants. Method of data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of dara used in this study namely data reduction, data presentation, and conlusions. Test the validity of the data in this study using the credibility test by increasing persistence, triangulation and member check. The results of this study (1) innovative library services based on social inclusion is a library service development that takes the concept of social inclusion so that in its implementation they support each other, namely in terms of providing opportunities for the community to be able to access services and reach visitors who cannot come to the library. (2) Implementation of innovative social inclusion-based library services and supports the IFLA's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by providing free public access to information sources in various fields and providing training. However, they have not been involved in supporting the provision of trusted institutions / institutions to promote involvement and understanding of culture. So that innovative social inclusion-based services support the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) according to the IFLA formula but not fully.
