Abstract

Corporate value or Price to Book Value (PBV) is the investor's view of the company that is often associated with stock prices. Corporate value is the market ratio used to measure the performance of stock prices in the market against the book value. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Working Capital Turnover (WCTO), and Return on Equity to the value of the company proxied by the PBV ratio. The object of this research is the Property Sector, Real Estate and Building Construction companies listed on the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) in 2014-2018. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling method and based on the criteria obtained a sample of 31 companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from the website http://finance.yahoo.com for the 2014-2018 period. Testing the hypothesis of the study using panel data regression analysis techniques with the software Stata 14.2 the results showed that the Current Ratio (CR) had a significant negative effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) had no effect on Price to Book Value ( PBV), while Return on Equity (ROE) has a significant positive effect on Price to Book Value (PBV).
