Abstract

This research is important to do because one of the aims in Challenge TB program by produced TB surveillance system motion graphic itself is to inform and educate the doctors so it could gain a private sector role in their TB Surveillance system. It is something that needs to be realized because the city of Yogyakarta has the 3rd biggest case tuberculosis out of the province. If the knowledge of the importance of system surveillance has reached so the doctors will be more likely to contribute. Therefore, by knowing the perception of doctors at a private clinic in the city of Yogyakarta, this research will directly know the extent of understanding the creation process of perception that occurs within doctors. The result of this research can certainly be a reference or consideration for other parties who want to create a better similar media such as motion graphic. This research has the aim. That is to know how the perception of the doctors at a private clinic in the city of Yogyakarta toward the educational media of motion graphic system Surveilans TB by KNCV. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The methods of data collection that have been used consist of interviews, literature study, and documentation. While the method of data validity uses the triangulation method of a data source. Based on the result of the research that has been done by referring to the theory of Alo Liliweri about the stages of perception that is stimulation, organization, interpretation-evaluation, memory, and recall. It is to know that the perception of doctors at the private clinic in the city of Yogyakarta shows similarity, where the knowledge of the importance of system surveillance TB has been reached.
