Abstract

Loss-profit sharing based financing, as one of external sources of capital, have characteristics that differs from any other external financing. Therefore, this study want to examine the effect of Loss-profit sharing based financing on ROE and Tobin’s Q based on Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). In addition, the effect of LN of Total Assets and Debt to Assets Ratio, as control variables, on ROE and Tobin’s Q will be examined in this study. Panel data regression will be aplied on observed data of 11 Indonesian non-financial public firm from periode 2010 until 2018. Result of this study shows that Loss-profit sharing based financing has no effect on ROE nor Tobin’s Q.
