Abstract

Kembangarum Tourism Village is one of the many tourist villages that is located in Yogyakarta Province of Sleman District. However, there are problems related to low human resources and the existence of employees who migrate to different workplace. Therefore, in order to have competitive potential in a tourism industry, it is necessary to realize the loyalty of human resources through an organizational communication process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using interview data collection methods, observation and documentation. After completing the data collection, reduction was carried out, then the data was presented so that conclusions could be drawn and validated using source triangulation. The results of this research indicated that organizational communication has an important role in realizing employees loyality in the Kembangarum Tourism Village.The organizational communication pattern built by the management includes routine meeting before event, provisioning of standard operating procedure, routine evaluation after each event, rewarding employees with good performance and establishing consolidation with government officials.
