Abstract

Adulthood in a person must be balanced with emotional maturity because it will affect behavior in everyday life so that it does not cause aggressive behavior, including aggressive driving, on the other hand someone who has good emotional maturity will behave in accordance with the norm, including when driving the owner is maturity good emotions tend to follow the rules. This research involved 100 online transportation drivers from several service companies including Grab, Go-Ojek and Maxim. The data collection method used in this study was choreational quantitative in the form of a Likert. The results of the hypothesis test explain that the relationship between emotional maturity and aggressive driving variables with negative results, the data analysis used in this study is the product moment correlation using SPDD 16.0 for windows with a correlation result of 0.15 with a significance of 0.881, based on these data, Hypothesis testing can be done using hypothesis testing by comparing the level of significance (p-value). The correlation result is 0.15, which means that there is a significant negative relationship between emotional maturity and aggressive driving. The relationship between the two variables is not directly proportional, namely the higher the emotional maturity, the lower the level of aggressive driving.
