Abstract

The problem of the low level of knowledge of the reproductive health of the younger generation affects premarital pregnancy or unwanted pregnancy (KTD). Particularly in the city of Yogyakarta, cases of KTD were recorded from 2016 to 2019 as many as 726 cases. One of the important actors that can contribute to health development is the Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia (PKBI) Yogyakarta because PKBI Yogyakarta is also an accomplice in helping the country prosper the family. The concept of welfare must be measured by indicators that are in accordance with Islamic law in order to provide an efficient and effective view and order. One of them is by using Maqa>s{id asy-Syari>'ah which is always linked to benefit. Jama>l ad- Di>n 'At}iyah explained that Maqa>s{id asy-Syari>'ah in the modern era are increasingly developing and are more directed at making personal, family, community and humanitarian policies. The concept offered by Jama>l ad-Di>n 'At}iyah, can review the benefit of the prosperous family formation programs in PKBI Yogyakarta. This type of research conducted by compilers is field research with a qualitative research approach. While the data analysis method used is descriptive analytic with data collection methods of observation and interviews. The results show, first: Whereas in the Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia (PKBI) Yogyakarta there are five programs regarding reproductive health: Counseling Service Program; Radio streaming; Community Organizing; Prevention and Control of Sexually Transmitted Diseases; Advocacy. In detail, each of the five programs is used as a medium of education and preventive action for the community in the welfare of families related to Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights. Second: Whereas the reproductive health program in PKBI Yogyakarta which can be analyzed by Maqa>s{id asy-Syari>'ah Jama>l ad-Di>n' At}iyah: Counseling Service Program and Radio Broadcasting. Community Organizing Program. The Counseling Service Program and Radio Broadcasting can be linked to the seven concepts of Maqa>s{id asy-Syari>'ah Jama>l ad-Di>n' At}iyah: tanz}i>m al'ala>qah baina al-jinsain, hifz } al-nasl, tahqi> q as-sakan mawaddah wa ar-rahmah, hifz} an-nasab, hif} z at-tudayyin fi> al-usrah, tanz}i>m al-ja>nib al-mu'asisy lil usrah and tanz}i>m al-ja>nib al-ma>l lil usrah. Community Organizing Programs can be linked to: tanz}i>m al'ala>qah baina al-jinsain, hifz} al-nasl and hifz} an-nasab.
