Abstract

Along with the development of the people's mindset in doing business, it causes banks to compete in offering cooperation in doing business. This cooperation in the form of Murabahah and Musyarakah financing provides benefits for both the bank and the customer. Income from loan financing and working capital will be used to repay bank capital. This study aims to analyze the effect of Murabahah and Musyarakah financing on the level of profitability of the Hikmah Wakilah Islamic People's Financing Bank by using the Return On Asset (ROA) ratio. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample used is 32 data over a 2-year period. Samples are taken from audited bank financial statements in the OJK. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Murabahah financing had a negative and significant effect on the ROA level, while musyarakah financing had a positive and significant effect on the ROA level. Musyarakah financing is a profit-sharing financing that most dominantly affects the ROA level.
