Abstract

This study aimed to reflect on the parents reason in Tampojung Tengah, Waru, Pamekasan, Madura those who choose to work as TKI also begin the process of developing what is called an resilience of achievers with a parents background as TKI. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data gathering in this study used the method of interviews and observation with two participants aged 11-18 years old. The validit of the study was obtained with a request for an external auditors, in this case the lecturer to review the overall results. The results showed that all two participants suffered the impact of his parents work as TKI., but they can be categorized as resilient because they have a source of resilience formation I Have, I Am, I Can that supports and interacts. I Have includes the source of attached figure support and economic resource and having the urge to be indpendent. The source I Am include a positive self image,it shows the personalties of two participants. While the source I Can includes a positive self image. Meanwhile, for sources I Can includes self measuring abilityto prolem soling in way that is varies.
