Abstract

This research aimed to test repeatability precision and intermediate precision of Fluorescence Imaging System based on High Power UV-LED Generation I on liquid detergent solution sample. This research was conducted in three stages, those are preparation of tools and materials, data collection, and data processing. The tools included a set of Fluorescence Imaging System based on High Power UV- LED Generation I, while the materials included samples of liquid detergent solutions with variations of 10%, 20% and 30% with a volume of 200 mL. Data collection was conducted by adjusting the system stages, images taking, graphics taking to get the bins value, and exporting data to Ms. Excel to get the number of image pixels. The repeatability precision test had a high value for the measurement of bins but had a low value for the measurement of the number of image pixels. The value of bins repeatability was 100% for each variation of the percentage of the solution, while the number of image pixels repeatability value was 88.49% for 10% solution; 87.63% for 20% solution; and 92% for the 30% solution. The intermediate precision test had a high value for the measurement of bins for 20% and 30% of the solution but had a low value for the measurement of bins for 10% of the solution and for the measurement of the number of image pixels. The bins intermediate precision value was 100% for 20% and 30% solution and 84.75% for 10% solution, while the number of image pixels the intermediate precision value is 92.68% for 10% solution; 94.4% for 20% solution; and 89.72% for the 30% solution
