Abstract

A disabled female seems to have serious problems, one of which deals with socio-political rights, in particular the rights for proper education. Multi-discrimination, gender, disability, and poverty discriminations, may be the reasons behind all of this. Only a few do disabled females have a better luck to go to school, even to college. The majority are left in lower education than those of the normal. The multi-discrimination towards disabled females are hegemonizing culturally that affects family and the society’s thoughts of giving access to education, and structurally that the government’s policy does not reflect gender and disabled equality. The implementation of the policy is no different. This dissertation elaborated the meeting point between Islamic science concept of ‘Ulu>mu al-Di>n’ to ‘Dirasa>t Islamiyyah’ and social science viz. gender and disability when analyzing. It brought together intersection analysis (intersection between gender and disability), al-Fikr al-Di>n and Dira>sat Islami>yah (the concept of thinking baya>ni> burha>ni> and irfa>ni>) and theory of model (medical model/carity model, social model and social-relational model). Used to see if there was a discrimination coincidence on gender and disability basis to disabled females, intersection analysis was brought together with al-Fikr al-Di>n and Dira>sat Islami>yah that is baya>ni> burha>ni> and irfa>ni approach to view the concept of thinking of Muslim family and the society in giving disabled female access to education, then unified with the theory of model that is an approach of medical model/carity model, social model and social-relational model to see the patterns of advocacy conducted by the stakeholders in giving access to education for disabled females in order to create good governance. The results of this dissertation research are, first, that the government should not be sufficient to produce policies, but the importance of implementing programs and policies for budgets or unequal budgeting so that accessibility for women with disabilities can be well realized affirmatively. Second, the role of parents and society is very important to encourage and motivate women with disabilities to access education, interpret destiny, sincerity and non-discrimination as women with disabilities more productively, so as not to weaken children but instead strengthen girls with disabilities to continue to struggle in surviving. life. Third, returning to the concept of thinking of burha> ni> and irfa> ni> is very strong and becomes a necessity to be studied continuously by the ulama, so that they are well socialized to their congregation, in this case it could be that the congregation is parents with disabilities persons with disabilities themselves.
