Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual well-being and emotional regulation and competitive anxiety in PON DIY athletes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The subjects of this research were 105 athletes of PON DIY. The research data obtained were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) There is a negative and significant relationship between spiritual well-being and emotional regulation with competitive anxiety in PON DIY athletes with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) and an effective contribution to competitive anxiety is 31.9%, 2 ) There is a negative and significant relationship between spiritual well-being and competitive anxiety in PON DIY athletes with a significance value of 0, 000 (p <0.05) and an effective contribution to competitive anxiety is 23.9%, 3) There is a negative and significant relationship between emotional regulation with competitive anxiety in PON DIY athletes with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) and an effective contribution to competitive anxiety by 8%.
