Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the Islamic financial literacy of the people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires. The samples in this study were traders in five districts and cities in DIY, who were selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data that has been collected is analyzed using SEM - PLS (Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square) technique. The results of this study indicate that education and income have no effect on public Islamic financial literacy in DIY. Meanwhile expenditures, length of business, and Islamic financial institutions have an effect on Islamic financial literacy in DIY.
