Abstract

This study aims to analyze persuasive communication carried out by teachers in fostering student motivation in memorizing the Quran. This study uses persuasive communication techniques to analyze it. This research focuses on learning Tahsin-Tahfidz at SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman by taking data in Ibnu Madjah's 3C class. This type of research is a case study with data collection by participant observation and in-depth interviews with 3 informants, namely, teachers who teach Tahsin-Tahfidz learning. because they are the ones who accompany the students every day in memorizing the Al- Quran. The results of this study indicate that in Tahsin-Tahfidz learning at SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman, especially in Ibnu Madjah's 3C class, teachers apply persuasive communication techniques to foster students' motivation to memorize the Al-Quran. the teacher applies association techniques, integration techniques, reward techniques, ordering techniques and Red-Herring techniques in their learning.
