Abstract

This research aims to: (1) produce science education student worksheet based on integration interconnection through a contextual teaching and learning approach for SMP/MTs student class VIII even semester, (2) Knowing the quality of science education student worksheet based on integration interconnection through a contextual teaching and learning approach for SMP/MTs student class VIII even semester, and (3) Knowing the response of students and implementation of science education student worksheet based on integration interconnection through a contextual teaching and learning approach for SMP/MTs student class VIII even semester. This research is a research of Research and Development (R&D). The development refers to the 4-D procedural model which includes 4 steps, that are (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Disseminate. This research was carried out until the development step, limited to the extensive test. The technique used in the research is a non-test technique with questionnaire and interview methods. The research instrument were instrumen validation sheets, product validation sheets, product assessment sheets, student response sheets. The quality of science education student worksheet based on integration interconnection through CTL approach assesssment using a Likert Scale with a scale of 4 and responses of students using the Guttman scale made in the form of checklist. The results of the research that have been developed are in the form of science education student worksheet based on integration interconnection through a contextual teaching and learning approach for SMP/MTs student class VIII even semester. The quality of science education student worksheet based on assessment of material experts, media experts, integration and interconnection experts, and science teacher has on very good category with mean score 3,4, 3,39, 4, and 3,82. The response of students in the limited test is Agree (S) with an average score of 0,92.
