Abstract

Aceh is the city of Serambi Mecca which is known as an area that applies Islamic law. However, currently, the enforcement of Islamic law is experiencing a period of decline. Aceh, which was once thick with religious values, is now starting to fade. This is caused by various factors. Even so, the people of Aceh really hope that Aceh's education is Islamic in accordance with the application of Islamic law and is guided by the Al-Qur'an and hadiths. Therefore, in recent years the Aceh government has prepared a curriculum based on Islamic education in accordance with the applicable qanun regulations. Islamic education in question is education that is in accordance with the guidance of Islamic law. Based on this, the objectives of this study can be formulated as follows: 1) Describing the reasons for the development of the Islamic Sharia-based PAUD curriculum in Aceh; 2) Describe the process of developing a PAUD curriculum based on Islamic law in Aceh; 3) Describe the implementation of Islamic law-based PAUD curriculum in Aceh. This type of research in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that explains the phenomenon at a certain time. The selection of research subjects in this study using purposive sampling technique with data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The field data analysis technique in this study used the Miles and Huberman model with the following steps: 1) data reduction; 2) data presentation; and 3) Drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: 1) The reason for the development of the Islamic Sharia-based PAUD curriculum in Aceh is as an effort to improve education towards a better direction with the hope that students can be guided by the Al-qur'an and hadith in living life in the future. has been habituated from an early age; 2) The process of developing the Islamic Sharia-based PAUD curriculum in Aceh is planning, implementing and evaluating; 3) The implementation of the Islamic Sharia-based PAUD curriculum is carried additional content / programs, namely monotheism (in the form of introduction to the pillars of faith, knowing the names of Allah, as well as the introduction of the adhan and practicing it), fiqh (in the form of an introduction to prayer, whudu and fasting and prayers). , morals (in the form of behaving politely, mutual respect, etc.), and worship (in the form of prayer, ablution and fasting). The purpose of adding this material / program is so that children can learn Islamic Sharia laws from their infancy, so that when the child grows up, the child is accustomed to even being educated to obey Allah's laws.
