Abstract

Children's stress when following the policy of learning from home in high class at MIT Nurul Islam Semarang is one of the reasons researchers to conduct research during covid-19. Families and teachers have a role to play in coping with a child's stress during the policy. Based on these reasons, this study aims to: 1) to find out if there is an influence of learners' perception of the role of the family on the stress of the child when following the policy of learning from home in high class, 2) to find out if there is a role of the teacher to the child's stress when following the policy of learning from home in high class, and 3) to find out if there is a role of family and teachers together to stress children when following the policy of learning from home in high class at MIT Nurul Islam Semarang. The population in this study was all students from high class namely IVA class, IVB, IVC, VA, VB, VC, VIA, VIB, VIC, and VID population of 246 people and the sample that can represent is 146 people. The samples in this study were taken with probability sampling technique of proportionate stratified random sampling type. Data is collected by questionnaire techniques and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis and double regression. The results of this study showed that: 1) There is an influence and significant perception of learners about the role of the family to the stress of the child when following the policy of learning from home. This is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.253and a determinant coefficient of 0.064. So what can be taken is that Ho is rejected. 2) There is no influence and significant perception of learners about the role of teachers towards child stress when following home learning policies. This is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.114 and a determination coefficient of 0.013. So what can be taken. 3) There is an influence and significant perception of learners about the role of the family and the role of teachers together on the stress of the child when following the policy of learning from home. This is indicated by a double correlation coefficient price of 0.274 and the double determination coefficient of 0.075, obtained simple regression equation Y = 3102 + 0.158 X1 + 0.095 X2, which means that if X1 is increased by one unit then Y will increase by 0.158 and if X2 is increased by one unit then Y will increase by 0.095.
