Abstract

Learning will be looking for a strategy that fits to the target, because management strategy occupies the most important level of several learning components. So, management is said to be exact if it delivers on a predetermined destiny. As already done by the Raudhatus Salaam Islamic boarding school in Yogyakarta in learning memorize of the Qur'an using the talaqqi method. Therefore, researchers want to observe more deeply whether the management they used effective or not. The research method used by researchers is field research, a method that uses qualitative methods. This qualitative method to answer questions 1 and 2. Data sources were obtained from primary and secondary sources. The data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification (conclusions). The results of this research show that: 1) the implementation of talaqqi memorization management in the Raudhatus Salaam Islamic boarding school uses management functions, that is: Planning is to set the destiny, situation, material, time, and make learning tools. There are stages in the implementation, that is activities that include an introduction, a core, and a closing. Then the evaluation that include to the evaluation of learning results and the learning process memorize of the Qur'an. The factors that support the ease of memorizing to the Qur'an that are the intention and determining the target of memorization. While the inhibiting factors are laziness, difficulty memorizing, frequent forgetting, difficulty managing time, and lack of motivation. 2) The reasons for the adaptation of talaqqi memorization management in learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an they are (1) because the Raudhatus Salaam Islamic boarding school has two learning programs that combine the KMI learning system and the Al-Qur'an tahfidz learning system, (2) Because the KMI program has the characteristics of learning that is integrative, comprehensive, and independent. 3) The formation of an adaptation pattern for talaqqi memorization management in learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an due to the interaction between teachers and students that gave rise to five concepts of interaction adaptation theory, they are: requirements, expectations, desires, interaction positions, and actual behavior. The first three basic concepts are interrelated in interactions which form three groups of interaction adaptation patterns.
