Abstract
The property sector with a large market capitalization in Indonesia has become an important sector and an important indicator for analyzing the economic health of a country. So it is appropriate for this sector to get special attention, especially from the macroeconomic impact that could disrupt the performance of companies in the property sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificate (SBIS), inflation and exchange rates on the movement of Islamic stock prices in the property sector in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2015-2019. The data used is panel data consisting of monthly time series 2015-2019 data and cross section data of four companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index during the study period. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews program. The results showed that the exchange rate variable had a significant effect on the Islamic stock price of the JII property sector, while the SBIS variable and inflation did not have a significant effect on the Islamic stock price of the JII property sector.
