Abstract

This study aims, 1) produce worksheet products for students integrated with Islamic values through the problem solving method, 2) determine the quality of worksheets of students integrated with Islamic values through the developed problem solving methods, 3) Knowing students' responses to student worksheets (LKPD) integrated Islamic values through problem solving methods that have been developed. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research with the Brog and Gall model in Sugiyono which includes: Problem Collection, Data Collection, Product Design, Design Validation, Design Improvement, Product Testing, Product Revision I, Usage Trial, Product Revision II , and Mass Production. This research was conducted until the stage of Product Revision II. The data collection technique in this study was non-test. The research instruments were expert validation sheets, LKPD quality assessment sheets, and student response sheets. The LKPD quality assessment integrated Islamic values uses a Likert scale in the form of a checklist with 4 scales, the student sheet uses the Guttman scale which is presented in the form of a checklist for students. The results showed that, integrated student worksheets (LKPD) of Islamic values have been developed through problem solving methods on temperature and heat material, the process of integrating material from temperature and heat into the verses of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The quality of integrated LKPD Islamic values based on material experts, teaching materials experts, integration-interconnection experts, and physics teachers as a whole obtained a Very Good (VG) classification with an average score of 3.50; 3.81; 3.49; and 3.70. The response of students to LKPD integrated Islamic values on the limited test obtained a classification Agree (S) with an average score of 0.81.
