Abstract

This research aims 1) to describe the principle of causality according to Muhammad Baqir Shadr thought, 2) to describe the relevance of causalty according to Muhammad Baqir Shadr and Physics. This research is a descriptive research library. This research data collection technique uses documentation techniques which are divided into two sources, namely primary dara sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source used in this study is the work of Muhammad Baqir Sadr, namely Falsafatuna. Meanwhile, secondary data sources which are research support materials are obtained through articles, journals, theses, and other works of Muhammad Baqir Sadr related to this research. The results of the research that have been developed are in the form of a descriptionof causality according to Muhammad Baqir Sadr and its relevance to physics. This description includes Muhammad Baqir Sadr's theory of causality which is then interpreted with a modern physics view of the invalidity of causality in modern physics experiments, especially in the microscopic world. The causality of Muhammad Baqir Sadr is in sync with Newton's classical physics which is deterministic and inevitable.
