Abstract

Knowing a person's personality is one of the factors that can help decide a person's career, as personality is thought to influence a person's suitability and success in his work. Therefore, the authors in collaboration with PT Widya Indonesia Sejahtera on research with the aim of designing and creating an application that can help people to learn more about their personalities supported with Artificial Intelligence and psychologists. The Scrum methodology was used in the design and development process. The first stage entails gathering data to ensure that the results obtained are in line with expectations. The data was gathered through a literature review as well as interviews with stakeholders. The results of this study indicate that the Scrum methodology was successfully applied and that it effectively aids in the application's design and development process. This is evidenced by only about 4 months of developing process which is divided into 21 sprints, can produce an application with several complex features in it. This application has a success rate of 100% in alpha testing and a success rate 95.8% of the error rate that occurs after the application is published and used by users.
