Abstract

This paper will explain the implementation of the legislative function of the Bantul Regency DPRD based on the Second Amendment to the Bantul Regency Regional Regulation Formation Program periode 2014-2019 in 2017. The amendment states that the Bantul Regency DPRD is represented by four existing commissions, namely Commission A, Commission B, Commission C, and Commission D has 28 legislative programs that must be completed as a form of accountability and implementation of the duties of the Bantul Regency DPRD. The question is, how does the Bantul Regency DPRD carry out its legislative function at the district level based on its duties and authorities in the Second Amendment to the Bantul Regency Regional Regulation Formation Program in 2017? Has the legislative function met the Prolegda 2017 target achievement? This type of research is field research with an empirical juridical approach. While the data analysis method used is descriptive analytic. In the data collection method, compilers use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the legislative function in the Bantul Regency DPRD Raperda 2017 is through the process as stated in Law No. 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Laws and Regulations Articles 32-38 and Government Regulation No. 16/2010 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of DPRD Regulations concerning DPRD Rules of Procedure for articles 81-88, and it has been running well, this is shown by the completion of 28 main raperda programs submitted by the Bantul Regency DPRD, all of which have been successfully compiled into new perda-perda by the Regency DPRD.
