Abstract

This study aims to determine how the efficiency and influence of the use of production factors in the home industry of coconut sugar in Hargorojo Village, Bagelen District, Purworejo Regency. The data used are primary data by filling out questionnaires to respondents. The analytical tool used is Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Frontier 4.1 and Eviews 10 software. The population of coconut sugar craftsmen is 111 people and 53 samples are taken. The results showed that the use of coconut sugar production factors in Hargorojo Village had not yet reached the level of technical efficiency. Simultaneously, production factors have a significant effect on the amount of coconut sugar production. Partially, the raw material and fuel variables have a significant effect on the amount of coconut sugar production, while the variable number of trees and land area have no significant effect on the amount of coconut sugar production.
