Abstract

The welfare of the local community is one of the goals of government administration. To achieve this goal, various efforts have been made by the government to improve people's living standards, one of which is the establishment of a fiscal decentralization policy. The research entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Fiscal Decentralization on Regional Economic Growth (Case Study of Districts/Cities in Central Java Province) Period 2015-2019", has the aim of knowing the impact of government transfers in the form of Tax Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds non Economic Growth partially and simultaneously . The research data is secondary data sourced from the Central Java Provincial BPS and the Central Java Provincial Government Financial Statistics Publication 2015-2019. This research method is linear regression of panel data with Fixed Effect model. The dependent variable is economic growth and the independent variables areTax Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds.. The data analysis used Stata 13 software, with model specification test, panel data regression, and regression coefficient significance test. Based on the results of panel data regression with Stata 13, the results show that simultaneously the independent variables Tax Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds. have an effect on the dependent variable of economic growth. Partially, the Tax Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds. Variables have a positive effect on regional economic growth for the 2015-2019 period.
