Abstract

The rapid spread of COVID-19 has caused restrictions on human activities, resulting in various business sectors stopping and experiencing a decrease in income, one of which is MSMEs. To deal with this, the government is taking serious steps for the recovery of the national economy, such as credit restructuring and the distribution of KUR to UMKM. This study aims to find out how the perception of KUR financing customers in fulfilling capital and fulfilling KUR BRIS financing requirements to increase UMKM income in Klaten Regency. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method using the IBM SPSS statistics 24 application to 120 customers who are determined based on a purposive sampling technique, namely with the provisions that they are KUR recipient customers in 2020 and are UMKM entrepreneur. The source of the data was obtained directly or primary which was obtained using a questionnaire distributed to KUR financing customers of PT BRIS KCP Klaten which has now changed its name to PT BSI KCP Klaten as a result of the merger of 3 Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research needs to be carried out in Klaten Regency considering that Klaten Regency has a fairly high potential for UMKM and high enthusiasm for sharia banking services. The results of this study indicate that the effect of capital and KUR financing has a positive and significant effect on increasing UMKM income in Klaten district.
