Abstract
The key to organizational success in the current era of globalization is the extent to which employees are able to synergistically contribute positively, both in planning and in the process of implementing duties and responsibilities as company employees to achieve organizational goals. All Organizations that want to be successful today, inevitably need employees who go beyond their general job duties, who will perform beyond their obligations. Behavior that goes beyond their general job duties is referred to as extra-role behavior. This behavior is highly valued when performed by employees, although it is not formally described because it will increase organizational effectiveness and performance. This study examines the influence of personality, work commitment, and motivation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (study at BPRS AlSalaam Cibinong). The population in this study were all employees of the BPRS AlSalaam Cibinong. Meanwhile, the sample in this study amounted to 30 employees. The method used in sampling is saturated samples. Respondent data in this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed to each employee. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression test through IBM SPSS statistic 25. This study states that the variables of personality, work commitment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
