Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of motivation in working activity, using information technology, and the ability to have interpersonal communication on employee performances. The study is taken place in BPD DIY Syariah Yogyakarta Bank. This research use all the employees who work in BPD DIY Syariah Yogyakarta Bank for a population sample. The hypothesis test for this research using SPPS 21st version method. The sample taken for the research is 36 respondents and the sampling method is probability sampling. The technics used to take is simple random sampling. The research results indicate simultaneously (F Test) that the variable influence of motivation in working activity, using information technology, and the ability to have interpersonal communication give positive and significant influence on employee performances. Furthermore, based on a result of the research in the partial way (TTest) indicate that the variable influence on motivational work and the use of information technology gives a positive effect on employee performances, while does not affect the ability of interpersonal communication in employee performances.
