Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Bank Income Structure on the risk of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The approach used in this study is an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The technique used to select the sample is purposive sampling, and 10 Sharia Commercial Banks were selected. The data in this study uses the annual reports of Islamic banks. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis using Stata 14 software and uses a significance level of 5%. The results showed that profit loss sharing had no effect on the risk of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Non-profit loss sharing, net operating margin and capital adequacy ratio have a significant negative effect on the risk of Islamic banking in Indonesia.
