Abstract

Communication is one of the most important human activities, one of which is interpersonal communication, which can be done within a company in order to establish a reciprocity between employees and leaders and have an influence on employee performance. Every company wants high employee performance, one of them is at PT. Nusa Raya Eternal. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of interpersonal communication in the organization on employee performance. The theory used in this research is Herzberg's theory or the theory of two factors. This theory is structured using the basic assumption that employees only find valuable intrinsic factors in motivation factors. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey method approach. Data collection techniques using primary data in this study obtained permanent employees as many as 32 employees through questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the effect of interpersonal communication within the organization on employee performance is 92.2% while the remaining 7.2% is caused by other factors outside of this study.
