Abstract

PT. Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi or CICIL.co.id is a technology company that provides easy access to finance and installments for students. Most students, especially at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, were known to be unemployed and have no additional income. Therefore, CICIL.co.id must be has a communication strategy in order to build trust from students. This study aimed to analyze the marketing strategy of CICIL.co.id. in building student trust, especially students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities UIN Sunan Kalijaga. This study was descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research was PT. Installment Solutions Mitra Teknologi, while the object of this research was the students of FISHUM UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The data were obtained through interviews with the area coordinator and the Yogyakarta community coordinator, PT. Installment Solutions Partner Technology, observation and documentation. This study was analyzed using interactive analysis techniques Miles and Huberman Punch stated, this technique consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or testing conclusions. The result of this research was CICIL.co.id tried to "become a student's friend" in every strategy that’s carried out. By understanding and responding to student anxiety, CICIL.co.id would be more easily accepted by students and trust would be easily built.
