Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace spirituality on audit quality with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediating variables. This research is an exploratory study using the SEM-PLS approach to analyze variables using multivariate methods. Purposive sampling technique was used for sampling with research respondents auditors at KAP throughout Indonesia who are listed in the IAPI. The survey method was used to control variables with a questionnaire as a survey instrument. The results of this study indicate that workplace spirituality has a positive and significant effect on audit quality through job satisfaction. The workplace spirituality has a positive and significant effect on audit quality through unproven organizational commitment.
