Abstract

This study explores and investigates the relationship between inflation, exchange rates, BI rate, and exports of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The quantitative design is in the form of time series data from January 2012 to December 2020. With this, the researcher uses the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) regression method, while the results show that for the short term inflation, exchange rates and exports have a negative and significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), while for BI rate variable has a significant positive effect on ISSI. As for the long-term results of inflation, the exchange rate and exports have a positive and significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) while the interest rate variable has a significant negative effect on the ISSI stock index.
