Abstract

The development of the module was carried out because it saw the condition of students in the field for class III who were less effective in online learning, limited teaching materials, the available teaching materials were not prepared for independent learning, the ineffectiveness of learning Islamic Cultural History during the pandemic, so it was necessary to develop modules that could help students when learning online. This research aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective module. Module development using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Explanation of the effectiveness of the learning module used a questionnaire in class III MI Sananul Ula and for an explanation of the effect on the effectiveness of learning using the results of the pretest and posttest. At the development stage, validation tests were carried out by material experts and the development of the design of teaching materials, and at the Implementation stage limited trials were conducted at MI Sananul Ula by conducting experimental observations. The results of the feasibility of the module that were developed based on the validity of the module obtained very feasible criteria with the following values: content feasibility aspect value 82 from a maximum value of 96, presentation feasibility aspect 52 from a maximum value of 56, language feasibility aspect 82 from a maximum value of 96, while the graphic feasibility aspect 147 from the maximum value of 192. Results The effectiveness of learning using test by looking at the results of the pretest and posttest. The results of the pretest showed 51.79 while the posttest increased to 81.89. The level of effectiveness of using the module was analyzed by using the Statistical Paired Sample test with value of -11, 147 and a sig (2-tailde) value of 0.000. Thus, the module used is proven to be significantly effective in improving students learning. The effectiveness of learning using the SKI class III module at MI Sananul Ula has a very good level based on field trials measured using student responses to the module components developed to obtain very good criteria with a score of 938 from a maximum value of 1120. The module has been adapted to the needs of students in the field. given pictures that help students in learning SKI, and adapted to Piaget's learning theory related to the theory of cognitive development of third grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, so that the developed module is feasible to use.
