Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a diversity of religions, races, ethnicities and cultures. Islam is a religion of rahmatal lil 'alamin which teaches to respect diversity and to cultivate compassion. However, in the last decade, threats have emerged in the context of diversity, namely tolerance and radicalism that have entered the realm of education. On this basis, SMP Al Hikmah implements the Aswaja An Nahdliyah learning pattern as a means of instilling the values of Akidah Islamiyah to fortify students from these notions. The type of research used was qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The subjects in this research were key informants were Drs. H. Ibrahim as the Aswaja An Nahdiyah learning teacher. The research informants were Ahmad Marzuki M, Pd as the initiator of Aswaja An Nahdliyah learning, Kuswati S. Si as the principal of Al Hikmah Middle School, Nafi fauzi S. Pd as the companion teacher for worship habituation activities, Agus Atiq Murtadlo S. Hum, as the IPNU/IPPNU extracurricular and Al Barzanji exstracurricular assistant teacher, Dini latifah, S.Pd. as the extracurricular assistant teacher for Juz 'amma, and a class VIII student of SMP AL Hikmah. The results of this study indicated that (1) the process of internalizing the values of Akidah Islamiyah through the Aswaja An Nahdliyah learning pattern at Al Hikmah Junior High School is taken in three stages; stages of knowledge, stages of habituation, and stages of practice. The three stages aimed to shape students into generations of Islamic character. (2) The existence of differentiation of participants in the basic pattern of Aswaja An Nahdliyah learning in internalizing the values of Akidah Islamiyah provided basic principles in understanding religion, carrying out amaliah worship, spiritual and social education. (3) The Aswaja An Nahdliyah learning pattern for internalizing the values of Akidah Islamiyah which pays attention to the differentiation of students, consisted of; Aswaja An Nahdliyah learning planning, implementation of Aswaja An Nahdliyah learning and evaluation of Aswaja An Nahdliyah learning.
